We can be connected to limitless information, or we can be inifinitly distracted. Flooded by emails, and you want to send a 20 page POV, or a 95 page audit? It will NOT get read. So the Ability to be concise is critical! Main points need to be described in the first sentence of an email and convey priority and importance.
