15 years within global organizations and 10 years for small and medium companies, my conviction is that innovation is THE key for long-term business profitability. My double profile Technical and Management allowed me to set up successful operations. For example, I designed a new Private Mobile Radio system for MATRA, I launched the ALACTEL GSM terminals range, I contributed to develop European Internet loop with WORLDCOM, I restructured QUESCOM production processes signing up partnerships with Taiwanese electronic goods manufacturer and improved the margin by 2%, and I did recommendations for publications for E-HEALTH development and silver economy industry.
