OBJECTIVE
• The primary objective of the project is to focus and discuss the sales and marketing
strategies of the Sumapan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. For Recosmart product. These
strategies are made according to the need and requirement of real estate developers.
•
The secondary objective is to pitch the real estate developers for Recosmart
application and do a market research to understand the potential customers and their
requirements. The main objective of doing this is to make real estate industry more
organized.

SCOPE
The scope of this project is as under:
• To learn about the RECOSmart software product.
• To make a marketing strategy for Recosmart product.
• To understand the need and requirement of the real estate developers through market
research.
• To know the consumer buying behaviour towards the Recosmart product.
• To pitch the potential customer and convince them to buy RECOSmart software.
• To improve the product awareness.

METHODOLOGY
 Market Assessment:
• Understand details about the sumapan technologies Pvt. Ltd. and what they actually offer as services.
• Understand about the Recosmart and Recos and study how this application actually works and how this will help the
real estate developers.
• Study and analysis on the competitors and work on the data to help company with different strategies.
 Market Research:
• To understand the requirement of real estate developers for the assigned region.
• To understand the potential customers in the region and generate customer database for the same.
• To segment the customers demographically by their experience, their past projects and upcoming projects, also based
on their revenue.

METHODOLOGY
 Business Development:
• Daily calls and mails to the marketing team of real estate developers and if they get interested then schedule a meet
and pitch them for product.
• To plan out sales and marketing strategies for the Recosmart and Recos solution.
• Update daily activities of client regarding calls and mails received.
 Sales Activity:
• To work on customer acquisition activities.
• To schedule meets for the interested clients for demonstration where the team will give more details about product.
• To take regular follow up of interested clients.

CONTRIBUTION
• Successfully created awareness about the RECOSmart product.
• Help to improve marketing and sales strategy.
• Successfully converted leads for the demonstration.
• Recommendation on working on pre sales management.
• Recommendation to improve their website optimization.

LEARNING FROM THE PROJECT
• The Internship helped to boost confidence.
• Improve verbal & written communication skills.
• Team work.
• Knowledge about corporate working environment.
• Improve convincing skills.
• Skills of problem solving.

CONCLUSION
As a fresher an intern has not enough idea as to what to expect while
going for an internship because it was going to happen virtually as the
circumstance was new to everyone. But while coming out of the internship
a new perspective and confidence was developed to the career. This was
because of the various projects that were involved in and the exposure to
the real estate industry and prop tech sector.
