Framework – no standard practices, becomes exploratory, initial failures make it difficult to move to next stage, expectations on time scales are not clear for absence of missing framework.
Alignment – Business –Dev-Testing not aligned. Testing trying initiatives which are only within their boundaries even if its all about agile/DevOps…..teams need to look at it as collaborative exercise with outcomes meant for all.
Capabilities – Missing skills, not only traansformation teams can do everything, absence of right solutions hurt.
People – Ignore component, motivation, morale is key…..change management for them should be handled well.
Changes – Plan something and it gets obselete fast…..longer plans don’t work.
