- This is the story of a fictional company of the logistics sector. We’re going to follow the IT team in their daily challenges.
- Problem: the company is facing increased competition pressure and needs to reduce costs. The company’s board asked the CTO to reduce IT spending by 40% in the next 3 years, while still delivering all the projects to keep with the competition, and maintain IT systems operational and compliant with the existing laws and regulations applied to the business.
