This document provides an employer's perspective on hiring high school dropouts. It suggests that high school dropouts may struggle to complete tasks due to finding schoolwork difficult and being afraid of hard work. Additionally, dropping out of high school means they likely did not learn important skills for the job such as communication, integrity, teamwork, work ethic, and motivation that are developed through completing high school.
