2. Mainstream – Breakfast Show
My radio station will have a breakfast show which plays music that will
entertain people in the morning who are getting ready for work or school,
even for the adults who are using transport to get to work or drop their
children off to school. Most people will listen to the radio while at school or at
work because it can make them work better as it wont be a boring
environment.

3. Late night radio show– 1am –
5am
This radio show is aimed at younger adults as they will be up at this
time, it wouldn't be aimed at an older age as they would be sleeping
for work. Some young adults might be out so they would listen to this
music. More younger people would be interested in the music that
this show plays, so the older people would listen to another station if
the were up this late.

4. Radio
Style of Music – The style of music will
attract the younger generation such as
teenagers and young adults (15-24).
The music will play Hip Hop, Pop and
Grime . There will also be music
remixes of popular song artists. It will
more time play late at night when the
teenagers and young adults are
awake. There will be songs you hear
on the UK charts and some from
upcoming grime artists.
Genre – The type of music I
will play will be Hip Hop, Pop
and Grime.
Jingle – The jingle for my radio
show will sound like an upbeat
dubstep music. The jingle will
namecheck the radio show and
show what type of radio station it
is to new listeners.Name – Nightshift Radio
show
Schedule – The radio
show will play some
weekdays, Fridays and
Saturday, this is because
more people will be out
on a weekend and some
people will stay up on a
weekday.
Updates & Non-Music Content –
There will be short news reports
to tell the listeners what's
happening around the world
including serious news and
gossip about the music/movie
industry. There will be
interactions with the audience
such song suggestions, calling in
the show and using social media.
