2. WHAT IS RETIREMENT
Retirement refers to the time of life when one chooses to
permanently leave the workforce behind. The traditional
retirement age is 60-62 in the India.
What is the meaning of retirement benefit ?
Retirement benefits are the money or other incentives that a
person collects after their employment ends. The plan to
receive them is put in place while the employee is still
working, and a portion of their salary, along with a
contribution from the employer, is collected periodically until
their retirement.
3. BENEFITS OF RETIREMENT IN PVT COMPANY
PVT. Company cut the some amout of employees salary and
after employees retirement they provide a some retirement
money and provident fund so that after retirement employees
life can easy.
In a PVT. Company they give some medical insurance.
They also provide a health insurance, life insurance etc.
PVT. Limited also provide a best education for employees
children’s after retirement also.
4. BENEFIT OF EMPLOYESS IN GOVT.
SECTOR
They provide a pension to their employees, if
employees join a before 2004.
after 2004 if any employees join the govt. Job so
he/she is not eligible for a pension according to
central government.
if any person in defence job sector then he/she is
eligible for pension scheme.
and those scheme by provide by the PVT.
Companies govt. Also provided those facilities.
