To state what someone does regularly, we use affirmative verbs in
present form.
まい means every , then ばん means evening/night as in ばんごはん
as dinner.

You can attach まい to other time expressions such as time of the day,
day of the week, month, year and so on to make it every .

I jog ( or do jogging ) every evening.

いつも means always as one of frequency expressions.
