Ikos Resorts: Owner-and operator of new generation luxury all-inclusive
resorts in Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Ikos Development: Exclusive plot seeder and developer for Ikos Resorts
and prime development partner for third parties and investors.

Ikos Resorts have already acquired two first assets in Halkidiki, Greece:
• Ikos Oceania: #1 All-Inclusive hotel in Europe according to TripAdvisor
Travelers’ Choice Awards.
• Ikos Olivia: A new luxury resort opened in May 1st 2015 with high room
occupancies & an outstanding TripAdvisor ranking.
Aiming to deliver to the upmarket leisure traveller a new experience in all-inclusive, the
Ikos brand and its “Infinite Lifestyle” concept, have been launched with great success and
have been well received by all key stakeholders due to their unique product offering.
Both hotels experienced 96% occupancies in summer 2015 and a TripAdvisor Customer
Satisfaction Index above 95%.
• Plans to develop 7 to 10 resorts over the next 5 years.
