Adepteq has been more visible over the last year, with a number of events for both prospects and existing clients.x
Evolving marketplace with more outsourced IT, as organisations move to the cloud, especially in SMB’s where there is no IT, reflected in the increase we have seen in both our support agreements and Online overtaking server.x
Rather than try to be experts at everything, we largely focus on SharePoint, Office 365, CRM and SQL, then work with partners to bring complimentary technologies or services to our clients. We believe in our partnerships, using both the Via and Sharegate solutions within Adepteq.x
Julia recently joined our team and will be assisting Chris with Office 2016 as she has seen huge benefits in working with the latest Microsoft tools after working with older technology.x
Microsoft Competencies are achieved through a combination of certified staff and customer references, which are reviewed annually, so thank you for being a reference. As you can see all our competencies can be applied to the work we do with Office 365 & SharePoint.x
Microsoft run an annual CSAT survey for Gold partners, thank you if you completed, as we do not know, we had to provide details of 30 clients!
We achieved exceptional KPI scores, which compared very favourable to the partner average for UK, Worldwide & as shown here in Collaboration & Content.
What we do can benefit any organisation.
As you can see the breadth of both clients and industries where we are working, from large corporate and public sector organisations to local SMB’s
Any questions at this stage on Adepteq and what we do?
Please feel free to ask specific questions on the technologies being discussed as we go along and there will be a general Q&A at the end of the session prior to lunch
We will be following up with a feedback request on the event and really appreciate if you could take a minute to complete as we value all feedback as it helps us refine what we do
We will also be making todays presentations available.
