Rules, Contacts & Reality of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Transportation Program are included in this document taken straight off the web (see the web address at the top of the document). Once again, we see State and Federally sanctioned rubber stamps on discriminatory practices towards Veterans in wheelchairs. This is in violation of Federal Title VI (Civil Rights Law), the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Olmstead Act and the Civil Rights Reconstruction Act of 1987. Thank you for viewing!

How you can help: In 2006 the Department of Oklahoma helped more than 40,000 veterans reach
their medical appointments and dispersed more than $180,000 for services that directly benefited
disabled veterans. The DAV Transportation network relies soley on donations from the public and
contributions from our National Headquarters to fund our programs. Please help us help our
veterans by sending a donation to the Department of Oklahoma, ATTN: Transportation. Your
