4. We are trying to acquire, and demonstrate the
knowledge and skills necessary for the students
to plan, conduct, evaluate and disseminate
work in their relevant fields with a peaceful and
self-aware mind, which will help them be ready
for the rocky path that lies ahead.
at Mindfulness hub want to create a student
community for mental health and well-being by
actively engaging students where different
students coming from different backgrounds
can sit together in a space to interact with
qualified experts and each other which will
improve them for the better.
6. This workshop is designed specifically for
students dealing with common yet pressuring
challenges like exam stress, hectic schedules,
worrying about their future and career and so
much more while aiming to create a safe space
by providing learners with an advanced
exploration of themselves and coping
strategies for their upcoming academic
challenges.
This workshop will start with our resource
person sharing a well-researched and
interactive presentation while thoroughly
explaining the topics. Then we will have a
panel discussion with a BHU professor and a
School Counselor
