Chana futures remain up on rising spot demand.
Supported by a firming trend in spot market on the back of
festive season demand, chana prices up by Rs 24 per quintal in
futures trading today as speculators enlarged positions. At the
National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, chana for
delivery in December rose further by 0.55 per cent, to Rs 4,405
per quintal, with an open interest of 72,130 lots.
 Trading tip: Jeera futures rise on spot demand
Jeera prices rose by Rs 107.50 to Rs 14,750 per quintal in
