 Attendance system is required in many different places such as offices, companies, schools,
organizations and institutions, etc.
 The experimental result shows that the developed system is highly efficient in the verification
of users fingerprint with an accuracy level of 97.4%.
 The fingerprint of the user is captured again and the extracted features compared with the
template in the database to determine a match before attendance is made.
ABSTRACT
 It is expected today that an individual who wants to authenticate himself for a service must
have a token and/or password for example identity card, ATM card, driving license, health card
and so on.
 A secure and effective identity management system plays an important role in the successful
deployment of an attendance management system.
 Biometrics technologies verify identity through characteristics such as fingerprints, faces,
irises, retinal patterns, palm prints, voice, hand-written signatures, and so on.
 fingerprint-based Attendance Management System was developed to provide a faster, more
secure, and more convenient method of user verification than passwords and tokens can
provide for a reliable personal identification.

ATTENDANCE CLOSE BUTTON
 Simply button is a simple switch mechanism to control some aspect of
a machine or a process.
 This method of linkage is used in simple manual operations in which the
machine or process has no electrical circuits for control.
MICRO CONTROLLER
 Pic mother board is a one of the brain in our smart bike project.
 This board memory capacity is high.(14kb)
 This board is fixed in IC chip. IC chip means integrated chip
 Microcontroller has a CPU, in addition with a fixed amount of RAM, ROM and other peripherals all
embedded on a single chip.
 This chip fixed on 40 connectors.
 This chip programme on C added for more specification on electronic and based on controller parts of the
system.
 To interface Finger Print Sensor with PIC microcontroller.
 Using this PIC microcontroller to connect Finger Print System, we can enroll
new fingerprints in the system and we can add the new form of fingerprints.
 To identify the finger to analysis then searching for that programming process
to show on the display then only presented.
FINGER PRINT SENSOR
 A GSM module or a GPRS module is a chip or circuit that will be used to establish
communication between a mobile device or a computing machine and a GSM or GPRS system.
 In need not touch the finger sensor then closing the trigger time then immediately to send the
message or phone call to the parents.
GSM MODULE
LED DISPLAY(LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE)
 If any instruction shown on LED display.
 It is 5v operation.
An emergency call button, also known as a medical alarm or a panic button, is part of
the medical alert system and provides an easy and effective way to get assistance if and
when needed in an emergency situation.

 The attendance Management System is based on web server, which can be implemented on
any computer.
 In This application, PHP is server side language, MySQL and PHP is used as back-end
design and HTML, CSS and JavaScript are used as front-end tools.
 The system communicates with database residing on a remote server.
It calculates automatically, the attendance percentage of students without any
manual paper-based work.
 The system facilitates the end users with interactive design and automated processing of
attendance management
