Inclusion or rather exclusion : Preferential treatment of those who come into the office more regularly
Wellbeing : The complexities of remote work of video call fatigue, blurred boundaries and longer working days stay unsolved
Team conflict: People come into the office on the same day as their friends, strengthening some bonds and weakening others
