simply to be the best HR Advisor or
Business Partner in the business - you need to
be much more than that when you move into
management.
This means recognizing the personal qualities
and skills that those who are already doing a
good job as a manager possess. Thus achieved
through some certain roles & tasks:
- Responsible for handling the personnel folders
and official procedures, in line with the
standards identified by management and
legislation.
- Carry out the employment and termination
procedures of new recruits and employees
leaving the company, in accordance with
applicable legislation.
- Prepare the payrolls and carry out the monthly
transactions (monthly SSK declarations,
monthly labour charts, and documents related
to accounting).
- Keep all records required by the hotel
management and competent authorities in an
accurate, timely and proper manner.
- Control and monitor the locker rooms.
- When necessary, go to competent authorities
and follow-up on the procedures.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in
solving the problems of employees in all
departments.
- Monitor the daily attendance of employees.
- Carry out the payroll procedures for local
employees.

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and
government reporting regulations affecting HR
functions
- Develop and implement human resources policies
and procedures
- Administer HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with
company policies and legislation
- Benchmark compensation and benefits
- Support annual salary review
- Implement and monitor performance management
system
- Handle employee complaints, grievances and
disputes
- Administer employee discipline processes
- Conduct exit interviews
- Review and update employee rules and regulations
- Maintain the human resource information system
and employee database
- Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness
