My aim is to improve my skills and qualifications to be compensation and benefits manager/supervisor .To enhance my qualification in career , I joined twice to study human resource diploma from Cambridge college , ministry of communication and contributed in organize hr courses " Com&ben - personnel " . other side to enhance my skills , i have certificate from Berlitz , change and international institute of British . i have good skills in use Excel and SAP software .
