LOT OF DIFFICULTIES AND CHALLENGES. I
DID EVERYTHING TO COVER MY LIVING
COSTS AND CONTINUE MY STUDIES.
AFTER FINISHING COLLEGE, I APPLIED TO
BECOME TEACHER AT KIDSPIRE BECAUSE I
WANT TO SHARE MY PERSONAL STORY TO
INSPIRE STUDENTS AND MOTIVATE THEM TO
TRY HARDER. THERE IS ONE SENTENCE I
OFTEN TELL TO MYSELF AND MY STUDENTS:
"NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE"

PROBLEM STATEMENT
The challenges facing disadvantaged youth as they are transitioning
out of the orphanages/shelter and into the next phase of their young
adult lives. Many of these youth lack confidence and lack the skill
preparation to help them perform well in higher education and in a
professional working environment. High percentages of these youth
choose to drop out of school before graduation from high school /
secondary school - ending up in low paying jobs.
SOLUTIONS
● Provide supportive and safe environment to develop and to share
● Provide training programs: essential skills to perform well in academic and
professional working environment.
● Connect and match internship and job opportunities.
