1. #Eastereggs CONTEST: TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Terms and Conditions”)
Definitions: (i) “Contest” shall mean the promotion on Twitter by Air France India whereby followers
will upload their Easter eggs pictures, easter ideas, tips, advices, fun moments along with
#Eastereggs. The more they tweet #Eastereggs, the better their chances are of winning the ticket.
The opening date of Contest shall be 18th
April 2014 and contest closes on 20th
April 2014 midnight.
Terms & conditions of Contest (“Terms and Conditions”):
1.1. This Contest shall be open to all Indians possessing a valid twitter handle.
1.2. Entry Submission Guidelines:
(a) Entry format:
Step 1: Follow @airfranceIN account on Twitter (https://twitter.com/AirFranceIN).
Step 2: From your Twitter account, tweet photo/tips/ideas etc along with the
hashtag #Eastereggs
Step 3: Right answer format: @airfranceIN [photo/idea] and [CONTEST HASHTAG
#Eastereggs ]
1.1.1.Selection Criteria: Winners will be selected after the end of contest on 20th
April 2014
midnight.
1.1.2.The names of the winners will be announced on 28th
April 2014.
1.1.3.Winners will be selected on the basis of
- Number of tweets by an individual with #Eastereggs
2.3 Scope of Air France’s liability:
2.3.1. On entering the Contest, the Applicant is deemed to have given Air France his/her
unconditional consent to use / exhibit / circulate the Entry for the purposes of
judging the Entries amongst the jury members to be decided by Air France or to seek
any public opinion, except for any commercial purpose other than as provided in
these Terms and Conditions.
2.3.2. Air France shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any defamatory, offensive or
unlawful content submitted by the Eligible Applicant. By participating in the Contest, the
Eligible Applicant hereby affirms and declares that Air France is not responsible for any
violation or infringement of any third party rights by the Eligible Applicant or for violation or
infringement of the Eligible Applicant by third any party. The Eligible Applicant shall further
be deemed to affirm and declare that the Entry submitted for this Contest indemnifies Air
France against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may
2. be raised by any third party/person. Air France shall not go by the merits of such claim by
such third party/person but shall deem that such Entry is infringed and would reserve its
right to proceed in manner as per legal remedies available. In the event that the selected
Entry is shortlisted and/or wins, and is later on challenged on the ground of infringement,
Air France shall have right to proceed against such Eligible Applicant and will also have the
right to disqualify him/her from participating in this Contest any further.
2.4.Data Protection / Privacy Policy:
This Contest and any related promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered
by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. The Eligible Applicant is deemed to be providing
personal information (as required) to Air France and not to Facebook or Twitter. The Eligible
Applicant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of such personal information by
Air France for purposes of the Contest. Use of such personal information shall be further
subject to standard agreements of Air France as mentioned below.
2.5.Schedule:
The last date for receiving entries for the Contest is 20th
April 2014, midnight. Results for the
same will be announced within 10 days after the contest gets over. Air France reserves the
right to extend the last date of the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised
date will be published on the Facebook or Twitter Fan page of Air France and the date for
results will be announced accordingly.
1. Winning:

The decisions made by Air France India with respect to the Winners shall be final and
binding in all respects. Winners will be selected on the basis of-

2.1.Few winners will win Goodies from Air France
2.2.The Prize is non transferable and non refundable in terms of money
3. Reproduction Rights:
3.1.By entering the Contest, the Eligible Applicant is deemed to have given Air France the
exclusive right over such Entry made by the Eligible Applicant and Air France shall reserve
the right to use such Entry of the Eligible Applicants for any further promotion that may be
contemplated.
4. Eligible Applicants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible
for the Prize. Air France shall not be held responsible for ineligible Entries or Entries made
fraudulently.

3. 5.1.The computer of Air France and its agencies shall be the official clock for purposes of this
Contest.
5.2.Winner agrees to co-operate with Air France in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable).
5.3.The Winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification prior
to the date of travel to the satisfaction of Air France. If these documents are not furnished
within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential
Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the
Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will not be selected. By their Entry, Eligible
Applicants are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the judges
and Air France are final and binding in all respects.
5.4.If, for any reason, the Contest (in whole or in part) is not capable of running by reason of
damage by computer virus, worms, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
technical or system limitations or failures, “acts of God” or terrorist attacks, hacking, or any
other causes which prevents the participant to participate in this Contest, Air France shall
not be responsible for the same. Air France and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late,
misdirected, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which shall be deemed
to be void. Air France and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission,
communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the website of Air
France or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any Entry information.
Air France and its agencies are not responsible for injury or damage to the Eligible
Applicant’s or to any other person's computer, other equipment, or person relating to or
resulting from participation in the Contest, or from downloading materials or accessing the
website of Air France or Twitter.
5.5.Air France reserves its rights to cancel, modify or alter any terms and conditions and/or the
entire Contest. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
6. Eligible Applicants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have
agreed to be bound by them while entering this Contest.
7. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Facebook or Twitter.
8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of India and any dispute arising out or
in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
