2. Leading Change Foundation
By the end of this program, the participants will be able to:
Have the skills and tools to be successful in managing less complex change initiatives. Have the
understanding of business benefits, risks, methods and success factors in managing complex change and
know how to get the support to successfully manage also these initiatives.
More specifically; Understand:
• The complex nature of reactions to change, root causes and approaches to deal with them.
• The importance of an inspiring vision, identify “what's in it for me” and recognition in change.
• The importance of using the combination of manage, lead and coach to be able to reach the crucial
stakeholders
More specifically; Have the ability to:
• Create a dual SWOT for honouring current and inspiring desired state
• Create a stakeholder analysis
• Support people through the various stages in the change (AITA)
• Create a change support and communication plan
