• utility function to read .wav sound

4. Methodology
• Spectrum analysis of a ‘speech signal’ is the
method of shaping the ‘frequency domain
representation’ of a time domain signal and this
method usually known as Fourier transform.
• The Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) is used to
find out the frequencycontent of analog signals.
And Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a competent
process for calculating the DFT.
