At Welding School of Technology our objective is to improve skills around Yorkshire to return to a state of comparative advantage in the welding and fabrication sectors. By listening to the needs of the industry we have found that above all else, employers need workers who are capable. We facilitate this by offering largely practical courses that focus on increasing skills and therefore the productive capacity of our clients. My role in Sales & Marketing is to investigate and pursue any opportunities which will make our service more accessible and attractive to consumers and businesses alike.
