After many years working as a successful actress in film, TV and theatre in Britain and America, Alexandra has turned to screenwriting and directing. Her second film BOXER ON THE WILDERNESS, won the Mention d'Honnuer at the FICTS Sport TV film festival in Milan and was nominated for Best Short Film and Best Cinematography at THE BRITISH INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL and shortlisted for Best UK Short Film at the EAST END FILM FESTIVAL. The US premiere was at HOLLYSHORTS in LA. It screened at PORTLAND FILM FESTIVAL, CHELSEA FILM FESTIVAL in New York, BORNSHORTS in Denmark, UNDERWIRE in London & as part of FICTS (Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs) in Azerbaijan, Milan, Bergamo...
