The achievement I'm most proud of didn’t start with a bang. It started in a compactor. Shortly after I was promoted to take over the 27th largest logistics process within Target, a new procedure for replenishing the sales floor was rolled out. While working this compactor, I realized how best to engage and inspire my team of 175 employees to successfully implement this new procedure. By setting clear expectations, implementing performance measures and constantly following up we were able to drive key replenishment metrics to green within the first two months. This led to me being named Logistics Executive Position Based Trainer for my district and, by years end, our continued success with.
