My work is driven by a commitment to making society a more equal place, for everyone to participate and flourish in. I have worked across the academic and practice sectors for over 10 years, specialising in participatory research with vulnerable people and forwarding the impact and quality of practice evaluation nationally and internationally. My work at this intersection has changed the national standard for digital inclusion practice research and evaluation. I believe in a cyclical approach to learning and employing this knowledge directly, to design new approaches and interventions that address key social challenges such as homelessness, loneliness, unemployment and digital exclusion
