 Restaurant: 18-40 year olds that like dining with friends and family in restaurants that
serve burgers, steaks, and more.
 Bar: 21-30 year olds in Wausau that like to drink with friends in a bar with a
modern atmosphere.
 Catering services: We will be keeping the same market as described above, with the
additional option of hosting events in the restaurant.

 Food Court: 15-40 year olds that are in the Wausau Center mall that are
looking for a quality entree with a “classic American” feel.

 Businesses and factories in the Wausau area that require professional,
experienced catering services with a wide range of food for events, picnics,
and banquets.
 With the new location we have the opportunity to expand into the following

-Birthday: Your age is the percentage off of the bill on your birthday. 1

-Rewards cards: Receive 1 punch on the card for every beverage or
entree purchased. On the 7th punch you receive a free
beverage at the bar (up to $7.99 value) or up to $9.99 off of their
bill in the restaurant if their bill is at least $16.99.
