In the quest to deliver a unique, memorable experience for attendees, we look to technology to deliver ‘the latest and greatest’. It’s easy to bulk up on event technology, especially when today’s audiences are looking for new ways to engage and interact, but when should you adopt these new tools? As part of this presentation for the Canadian Association of Exposition Management, we preview of emergent technologies and a discuss how to use the Maturity Curve model to identify when to adopt new event technology for trade shows and expositions. Just because you can do it, doesn't mean you should!
