The title that best describes me would be “Improvement Specialist”. I identify the issues that prevent something from running optimally, and I create solutions to those issues. Whether it’s building a new user interface to improve employee workflow, or constructing a better data model to improve with data collection, I enjoy being that person that you can come to when you want to make something better. The Salesforce.com platform provides many of the tools I use to create and implement improvements to internal business processes. Some examples of this include • Managing record types and page layouts to ensure that employees only enter necessary data. • Creating validation rul
