I obtained my PhD from QUB-UK, in 2013 obtained my second degree from Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, very good with honour. I have experience in teaching nutrition and food science, communication and public relation subjects. When I was 20y I had a strong thinking to get my PhD from Europe and accepted the challenges and received my PhD from Queen's University of Belfast 2004. Back to Egypt and promoted to come so close from Professor title with good experience in mass communication.
