Change is hard when you are not aware of your blind
spots and limiting beliefs. Events, reflections, space
and other people can make you aware of your blind
spots, that's why I have coaches.

discovery new possibilities. To discover, you need to
slow down. Once you discovered something new, you
can transform that part of you that needs to change.
