16. Plan ahead to maximize your session schedule
#1. Carefully review the locations of all the sessions you
want to attend and review the campus maps.
• The re:Invent session catalog is currently available for you to
favorite your desired sessions.
• The re:Invent session catalog schedule will be available on
October 12.
• Reserved seating will open on October 19.
17. Use the shuttle to move quickly between venues
#2. Know the re:Invent shuttle schedule
• In the coming weeks, we will release a full shuttle schedule.
• Be sure you plan at least 30 minutes to get from one venue to
another. And allow extra time during peak shuttle times
before and after keynotes.
• Shuttles will run between all campus venues: Encore,
Venetian, LINQ, Mirage, Aria, and MGM.
18. Get out and explore the campus
#3. Explore the re:Invent campus
• Repeats of key sessions early and often: you will have the
freedom to plan time at each of the venues, knowing you
have more than one opportunity to attend the deep dives on
AWS services.
• Overflow sessions across venues: we will stream the most
popular sessions in between venues. This will give you the
opportunity to view a session taking place in one venue in a
different venue – lowering your need to travel between
venues.
