How to make Bone Broth?
The first step in making bone-broth, is locating a good source of Healthy Bone Marrow, this may be done by
locating your nearest organic Butcher. Step one place the bones in a pot and just cover with cold filtered
water. Next, add 2 tablespoons, Apple-cider vinegar, or balsamic vinegar. An acid such as vinegar is necessary
in order to extract the minerals and nutrients from the bones.
Next step, start to heat the stock very slowly, gradually bringing to a boil, then turn heat down and simmer for
at least 5 hours. Cut the bones into smaller pieces, this will reduce the cooking time. Do not allow the broth to
come to a fast boil.
