On January 29, 2018 at about 10:00 AM, a joint SAR operation conducted by personnel of HRMU2 led by PO3 Richard DC Felicisimo together with Brgy Officials
of Brgy. Minabel that resulted to the rescue of nine (9) passengers and retrieval of one (1) cadaver one of (1) year old identified as MJ Domingo at seawaters of
Sitio Bibigsan of Brgy Minabel, Camuigin.
