Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN2e) is the one of the products of British Telecom (BT) - Open
Reach, UK’s largest service provider. WLR3 ISDN2e is an ISDN basic rate service supplied by Openreach to
Communication Providers (CP) who can in turn offer service to their End Users. Openreach will provide,
repair and maintain these lines up to the Network Termination Point (NTP).Openreach will also provide raw
call information and a consolidated monthly bill to the CP for all of their lines. CPs set their own prices and
onward bills their End Users. Lines will have access to many of Openreach standard services. As like most
of the telecommunication service providers, British Telecom – Openreach also developed on BSS/OSS or
