What is a skills panel? This started for entrepreneurship. We met with a group of entrepreneurs and HR professionals and educators in the Bay Area and learned the skills they were looking for weren’t what you might thing. Today we want to identify the skills for our students to be successful.
PUSD is the midst of developing their Common Core State Standards as micheline mentioned,Video
California has chosen to integrate the 21st Century Skills framework in our CCSS. PUSD is using this as well.
California is expecting a 19% increase in STEM jobs by 2018. How are our students prepared for that? What does STEM look like in Plumas and Lassen Counties?
