Hettich Group is a multinational company founded in 1888 in Germany,
it develops, produces and sells all kind of fittings for furniture. I have been
working in the subsidiary of Aizarnazabal, which is focused on setting up a
transformational process for being able to create disruptive products in the
automotive and in white goods industry.

Academy. The company was created to add value in our business environment with new
methodologies and ways of learning. Nowadays is an innovation consultancy that works in 4
main areas: internacionalization, communication, training and innovation.

Pedro Cormenzana is one of the best plastic surgeons of Spain, we
worked for him to renew all the corporate image of the clinic.
(Remake the logo, the webpage and the brochure; create a new blog
and Facebook fan page and improve the SEO).
C O M M U N I C A T I O N
We made different workshops with workers to identify the lack of
information they have about the company. We also analyzed the best
channels to improve the communication between the managers and
the employees. With all those conclusions we created a proposal of
an internal communication plan.
The process to introduce a product in a new market is based on the
following steps:
4. Teacher of the subject "Team Work and Entrepreneurship" in the
Basque Culinary Center. In those classes we worked on the
development of the teams, and taught theories and tools to
develop entrepreneurial projects.
T R A I N I N G
Design a new complete subject for Thomas Jefferson Institute in
Mexico. We worked with a group of selected teachers in the creation
of a new subject based on team work, leadership, entrepreneurship
and innovation. In 4 sessions we defined the new rol of the teachers,
the whole evaluation methodology, the framework and vision of the
subject and designed the first sessions.
Different types of workshops for companies and unemployed people
about leadership, creation of new businesses, Visual Thinking and
lean methodologies.

Analysis of the user experience in different supermarkets of San
Sebastián. Identify the weaknesses and the strengths of the whole
service and create a strategy for improving the customer experience
in all their shops.
