Summary of
Experience: Approximately 15 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment including; candidate sourcing,
advertising, screening via phone or face to face interviews to identify top candidate(s) for potential
employers. Technically trained in general human resources responsibilities and within my 15 years of
recruiting, I have experience in several different industries such as; the healthcare profession, information
technology, government contracts and high performance manufacturing.
Core
Strengths: Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers and make hiring recommendations. Negotiate and provide
employment offers and full package in writing as well as post offer activities. Maintain complete
confidentiality with both prospective employee and employer. Conduct new hire orientations, pre
employment drug screens and accurate record keeping/tracking of each candidate. Attend job high school
and college career fairs and conduct presentations to large groups of people. Excellent communication skills,
written and verbal, proactive with resolving issues that arise and multi tasking is second nature to me.
Highly organized adept at strategizing/planning, as well as presenting ideas and concepts to groups. Can
adapt to working independently or with a group of people within a fast paced environment. Exhibit
professional demeanor with complete respect for both employee and employer confidentiality.
Computer
Skills: Experience with many resume/candidate search databases such as ResumeWare, ADP, internet/intranet,
job boards and proprietary applications used to search and store applicant information. Proficient
knowledge with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Lotus Notes
email. Experience with AP/AR accounting software within Windows NT/XP/2000+ operating systems.
