PERSONAL STATEMENT
An enthusiastic, driven and proactive civil engineer who possesses a long track record of
projects delivered on-time. Castro has a strong technical background and a firm understanding
of regulatory laws, legislation and codes of practice in his field of expertise in Brazil. She has
extensive experience of working on a number of challenging and interesting projects within a
variety of sectors, including healthcare, industrial, commercial and residential.
Castro is a bright degree qualified professional within civil engineering who holds chartered
status, and has a proactive approach along with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios. She
acts in a professional and responsible way at all times, and can maintain excellent working

involving from customers to subcontractors, preparation and monitoring of budgets

 Supervision of in site works, calculating monthly schedule x productivity, acting
directly on the hiring of direct and indirect workforces, on the hiring of
subcontractors, setting actions, resources and methods needed for optimum

 Planning of the early works, construction logistics, guidelines for production,
construction methods, work team sizing and resources;
 Planning and costs works control, monitoring and assuring costs on a monthly
basis, with the statements for the current situation and forecast future financial results

and contracting services;

for the management of contracts and the areas of planning, operation, management
