Licenses A single software license is provided for distribution within your
organisation. There is no limit to the number of staff that can
log on and operate the system.
Distribution The system operates on a multilevel hierarchical modelling
process and is managed through the log in function. This
allows individuals access to the different levels in the system
which is assigned to their position and accountability.
Fees The fees process
1. A setup fee this provides for the time required to design the
log in structure, reporting requirements and customisation
peculiar to your organisation (dependant on complexity)
2. An on-going license fee payable monthly. $833.00 per
month per module or $5,000 per month for all modules +GST
Mobility Each module has a mobile platform specifically designed for
mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets.
Reporting A set of generic reports are provided through each individual
module these reports provide an over view of activity
associated with the module and are applicable for the login
accountability. Reports can be generated from a drop down
menu in the module or through the active dash board.
Platform The databases are predominantly operated through a hosted
web environment in New Zealand and are accessed via a web
page. Where the client specifically wishes to host the modules
on their own server or internal network this is provided through
a physical upload file.
Database design The data base is a SQL server database using .NET
technology for user interface
Export / import Existing data held in other types of databases are uploaded via
an import function . All data remains the property of the client.
Set up Initial setup requires time to describe the needs of the client
and the login levels. The type of reports required and to
establish the visible dashboards. Certain fields within the
databases are amended at this time to reflect the uniqueness
of your business.
Support A normal business hours support function is provided via the
telephone or internet
Compliance The databases may hold personal information about your
organisation and or your customers. The information is
protected through an industry standard password policy and in
compliance to the 1993 Privacy act and the principals of this
act.
