This report describes this individual’s preferred or natural pattern of behaviour.

This is a highly friendly and sociable individual who will seek out situations where he can be
with people. He:
 is outgoing and extroverted in approach, communicating easily;
 shows great empathy towards others, their opinions and feelings, and most
people naturally respond to him;
 is confident, optimistic, has faith in others, responds enthusiastically to
them and obviously cares about people;
 fits in well in most social situations because people generally like him and
react well to him;
 is assured in his interactions with others and enjoys situations where he can
share his feelings and ideas with them.
Restless and driving, he is energetic, works well under pressure and enjoys working to tight
deadlines. He:
 can adjust to change and is quick to respond to new situations;
 has a sense of urgency and likes variety;
 is active, good at juggling different projects and will push himself to get
results quickly.
Independent, he is capable of thinking autonomously, using his initiative and acting on his
own. He:
 believes his ideas are right and will show a determination to get his own
way;
 wants to keep at it until he gets results;
 believes in something and will not give up easily.
He has an average amount of competitiveness and acceptance. He:
 can work within a team environment while still enjoying a bit of healthy
competition with others;
 will set reasonable personal goals and prefers to avoid friction with others,
although he can face up to problem situations if inevitable.
