Our company was set up professionally in 2007, intentionally utilizing advice and procedure from
both European and North American engineering professionals.
Once our factory and quality systems were in place we began to work on market development for
Offshore, Marine and Oil & Gas projects.
Today we specialise in the manufacture of large steel structures & precision machining.
Current market experience is primarily, but not limited to Oil & Gas, Offshore,Marine Technologies,
Fishing Boats & Mining.

bespoke design & manufacture of deck machinery equipment.
All our products are designed and manufactured specifically to our client’s requirements. And in
addition we always explore the potential to optimize the design to meet or exceed the
requirements, in a timely and cost effective manner, which creates a win-win partnership.
Our Company is strategically located only 5 km away from China’s second largest sea port at
Ningbo, which facilitates the ability to ship large fabrications quickly and easily.

Since 2010 we have continuously concentrated on constant quality improvement and have
successfully been accredited by AWS,ASME,IIW, DNV,BV & ABS as a manufacturer of a range of
offshore equipment.

ALL our welders are DNV qualified
We are Bureau Veritas (BV) accredited for Machinery Deck Equipment (Crane
and Winches) with 80% of our welders also BV qualified.
We are America Bureau of shipping (ABS) accredited for Machinery Deck
Equipment (Crane and Winches) with 80% of our welders also ABS qualified.
We have more than 50 groups of WPS & PQR covering 80% of marine plates
qualified by DNV ,BV & ABS.qualified by DNV ,BV & ABS.
The main standard we follow is AWS,ASME,EN .
The biggest single fabrication we have manufactured was over 90 tons .
Our annual capacity is over 5000 tons
We operate a permanent professional project management team, who develop
and manage each new project individually, and provide customers weekly and
monthly updates
Our two factories covers 25,000 Square Meters and is strategically laid out to
ensure good working and quality practices.

7. MACHINING CAPACITY & SHIPPING
Our capacity for in house machining including Boring , Rolling , Milling &
Turning, is unsurpassed and has been carefully set up to adequately service
the market for large fabrications used mostly in the On and Offshore and
Marine Equipment sectors. Specializing in products such as Winches &
Cranes, Stern Rollers, Drilling Related Equipment & Subsea Tree frame etc..
One of our major selling points is that as our facilities can comfortably
handle modules of over 100 Tonnes, and produce and ship over 50 Meters
long, which results in our ability to despatch and deliver the products
efficiently.
With a ‘regular’ handling capacity port within 1 Km, and a ‘extra heavy’ lift
port, which can handle extra large fabrications within 20 km, we are in the
perfect location for efficient load out of all the products we manufacture.
