2. Methodology
➢ Topic of the Presentation: Retail survey of Retail Shops.
➢ This study is been taken to study the Retail Shops Products.
➢ This study had been done using Google Forms to collect the data.

3. INTRODUCTION
➢ Objective of this survey is to contact with the retailers in my area and find out
what the perceive about quality of the following brands
➢ The survey is conducted among retailer in Dhurwa and to obtain their
feedback about the products.
➢ The survey consists of three questions:
1) Based on the quality of the product, rate the brand on a scale 1 to 5.
2) Are your customers satisfied with the price of the product.
3) Are your customers satisfied with the quality of the product.

4. INTRODUCTION
● The survey is done on the following brands:
1) Pepsodent Toothpaste.
2) Syska LED Bulbs.
3) MDH Masala

➢ MDH Pvt. Ltd. has set up five state of the art plants for meeting the ever growing demand. The
company procures raw material directly from the centers of produce to maintain uniform taste
and quality. The raw material is first cleaned, dried and tested with the help of special
machines. It is then carefully grounded into the finished product passing through various
stages. Fully automatic machines have been installed for this process.

➢ I came to conclusion that 100% customers satisfied with the Pepsodent
Toothpaste.
➢ I came to conclusion that 100% of customers satisfied with the Quality of
Pepsodent Toothpaste.
➢ I came to conclusion that 100 units of Pepsodent in Sainik Supermarket.
➢ I came to conclusion that 50% of customer goes with satisfied and 50% goes with
excellent with Syska LED Bulb.
➢ I came to conclusion that 75% customers goes with satisfied and 25% customers
goes with excellent with the quality of Syska LED Bulbs.
➢ I came to conclusion with 120 units of Syska LED Bulbs

24. Conclusion
➢ I came to conclusion that 100% of customers satisfied with the MDH Masala.
➢ I came to conclusion that 50% customers goes with satisfied and 50%
customers goes with excellent with the quality of MDH Masala.
➢ I came to conclusion that 100-100 units of MDH Masala sold in Apna Mart
and Kumar Store.
