Management Lessons 
 Dreams are must. Dream large. But then act to 
deliver dreams. 
 Subordinates do not follow what managers say. 
They follow what managers actually do. 
 Do not forget the customer. Keep a direct eye 
even as a CEO. 
 Money is the toughest game in business. Time is 
also money. Give both utmost respect. 
 There is no escape from building networks of 
influence. Cast the net wide and maintain 
networks. Need does not give notice. This is a 
major essential for large missions.
