OBJECTIVE: A suitable, challenging, leadership position in administration department and in event management.
Working as an administrator- Bennett University (Initiative of Times Group) from August 2016 to present.
Bennett University has been set up at Greater Noida and commenced operations on 08 Aug 2016, initially with B.Tech and
MBA programs. With a focus on giving students a premium learning experience, in an immersive environment at around
70 acers campus designed by the internationally renowned RSP Architects, coupled with enhanced use of technology to
meet student’s aspirations.
Administration:
1) Strategy & Plan for the short term and medium term objectives for the admin function for the university, identify
resources and put action plans to operationalize the strategy.
2) Maintaining budgets & expenses for the Administration function.
3) Drafting & Implementation of all administration policies and SOP’s.
4) Plan and manage facility centralservices such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and
parking implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
Facility Management:
1) Direct all facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations and project completion, daily inspection of
premises for cleanliness and hygiene and take corrective actions as and when required
2) On-time submission of monthly requisition of cleaning/disposable materials, uniform, stationary and cash.
Submission of report at prescribed formats.
3) Responsible for training and replacement of the staff
4) Apply and follow the contractual obligations, policies and procedures
Transport
Managing end-to-end process activity, preparing & sharing MIS report, conducting helpdesk session for employees,
conducting team-building exercise.
Events:
1. Event planning to execution with budgeting.
2. Vendor management and negotiations.
3. Manpower management (events).
Worked as Associate Manager-- Administration- Shiv Nadar University (Initiative ofHCL) from November 2012 to
August 16.
SNU is a private philanthropic institution established by the Shiv Nadar Foundation in 2011 through an act of the state of
Uttar Pradesh. Located on a 286-acre campus in India's National Capital Region, the university offers undergraduate, post-
graduate, and doctoral programs in a range of disciplines in engineering, humanities and social sciences, natural sciences,
communication, business, and education.
Administration and Facility Management:
1. Offering internal and externalco-ordination, support facility management and administrative activities of 2000 plus
staff and student community related to the overall development while applying the mission and instructional goals
of the university.
2. Carrying out the development of new vendor and appraising vendors based on the feedback from inter department;
liaising with finance team for timely payments.
3. Regular repair & maintenance of academic/ residential buildings, company guest houses, common areas, hired
accommodation outside premises.
4. Deploying necessary security/housekeeping at the office premises.
Security Management:
1) Develop & Implement strategies for security & vigilance.
2) Responsible for maintaining security to prevent any unwanted incidents that may lead to damage to property and
people. Manage security at the university by allocating personnel and report unwanted incidents if any and take
immediate corrective action to safeguard against encroachments and trespassing
3) Interact with the work force and provide inputs to the senior team on possible undercurrents of villager’s unrest.
4) Handling physical security of the premises & developing & administering company security programs to guard
against theft and violence and recommending protection measures.
Travel:
1. Managing domestic and international travel which includes visa
2. Hotel booking- domestic and International including forex & calling cards
Residential Complex and guest house management.
1) Responsible for the overall functioning and ensure smooth operation of daily activities
2) Handling guest and residents’ complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
3) Detailed information regarding arrivals and apartment requirements and apartment occupancy
4) Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
5) Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.
6) Maintenance of playground of residential complex.
Events Management:
1 Out station conference, travel and accommodation for outreach programs for admission team.
2 Vendors management for smooth execution of event with cost estimation & budgeting.
3 Planning and on-site supervision of tasks.
4 Managing the execution of the event and Coordination with various internal team members.
5 Responsible for Pre event, on site & post event requirements. Handling obstacles & take corrective measures to
overcome the same and post event reporting.

2) Student orientation program with gathering of 2000 to 2500 people (including, travel, inside traffic management,
