utilizing the shared infrastructure. This fee will be based on factors such as bandwidth utilization, network

pricing model for all operators.
MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES: Sreyas Software Solutions will offer maintenance
and management services for the shared infrastructure. Operators will have the option to outsource network
