- This is why AIESEC 2015 in 2010 was about improving the current programmes – Exchange, leadership and Global Learning Environment (Part of the AIESEC Way which is our Essence) and inventing new ones (Progress)

- Describe the impact the culture of 2009-10 had on us as members of AIESEC in our personal AIESEC Experience without really having so much global exposure then
- Tell them to form a circle to look at each other and look at the generation that will make it a reality or not
- Take them through the process of reflection
- The DO (actions of 2015) always have to be on the screen because the point is to connect actions as well to behaviours
- Explain that we want to consolidate to really see what are the key behaviours/what is the culture that will drive achievement of 2015 in AIESEC?
