- 19. In Google search, type “canva.com” and press “Enter”
- 20. Type in your email.
- 21. Type in your chosen password.
- 22. Click “Sign up”.
- 23. Choose and click any of these boxes.
- 25. Click this to enter the website.
- 26. Click this to do a quick tour of Canva.
- 27. When done, let’s make your own design.

- 36. Press and hold “Ctrl”and “A” to select all text.
- 37. Then type your text.
- 38. Click the smaller text box.
- 39. Press and hold “Ctrl”and “A” to select all text.
- 40. Again type your new text.
- 41. Click this to change font
- 42. Click this to change font size
- 43. Click this to change font color

- 45. On the upper-right, click this to name/rename your design
- 46. Type your design name/title here
- 47. And click “Done”
- 48. There’s your new design name/title
- 49. Your design is automatically saved by Canva.

- 51. Press F5 on the Canva homepage and here’s your updated design

- 53. On the upper-right, click “Download”.
- 54. You can choose and click any of these options.
- 55. Click this to download your image in JPG format.
- 56. Canva will now save your image to your desktop.

- 71. Or enter the email/s to whom you want to share this with.
- 72. And click this box to allow them to edit your design.

- 77. Scroll down to look for the Facebook cover template.
- 78. Under “Social Media & Email Headers”.

- 82. Scroll down to choose a layout design.
- 83. Let’s choose this. Click it.
- 84. It will appear here.
- 85. Click on any element to edit.
- 86. When you click this, the text box should appear.
- 87. Press and hold “Ctrl” and “A” to select all text.
- 88. Then type in your new text to replace this.
- 89. Click on the edge of the text box to drag it to a new position.
- 90. You can also press “Delete” to delete it.
- 91. To resize the text box, click and hold this…
- 92. …then drag left or right, up or down.
- 93. Click this to change the font.
- 94. Click this to change the font size.
- 95. Click this to change the font color.
- 96. Click this to change the font color.
- 97. Click on the background…
- 98. …then click this to change background color.
- 99. Choose from the colors below.
- 100. My finished design looks like this.
- 101. But you can also add “Elements”…

- 104. …Or click “Upload” to add your own image.
- 105. Then click and choose from this.
