Please consider joining our MS Aquatic program at the University of Dayton. We have a great time exercising
in the water and sharing each other’s company. It is a great facility and we would love to have you join us. For

Where: The UD Rec Plex building is at 6 Evanston Avenue, Dayton, OH, 45409. You may park in the “C” lot
across from the Rec Plex.
When: The class occurs on most Saturdays from 11am-12pm (The program typically stops during July and
August). Email to confirm dates and times if this is your first time participating.
What you need to bring:
Swim suit
Towel
Other items that may be useful but not required:
Toiletries (shampoo, soap for showering afterwards)
Shower/ pool shoes
Swim goggles (if you want to swim laps)
Cover-up
Class structure:
50-60 minutes approx. instructor led water exercise
Physical therapy students are usually on hand to help you develop an individualized plan if desired. There is no
guarantee that there will be students present to help in the pool but there is usually a good number of
students each week.
