Officially my job is to lead creative digital projects from inception to completion, for a range of clients. Be that individually or heading up a team/department But really I engage with business stakeholders, listen to end-users and study data sets ahead of sketching and articulating ideas into meaningful interactions. Im prepared to roll up my UX sleeves and get busy leading a UX team; user testing and iterating. I empower researchers to gather, graphic designers to visualise, PM/POs to plan, developers to deploy whilst working towards an end result that gets the clients the glory. I've been successfully solving design problems with digital solutions since 1998
